Brave m&t is born as spin-off of the Politecnico di Milano.
Leveraging the expertise gained from REC, Real Estate Center – Politecnico di Milano, Brave m&t si dedica a progetti di innovazione nel settore del real estate.
Brave m&t stands out for its deep scientific and academic expertise, working in close contact with the professional and corporate world.
One of the key projects is the Building Rating Value (BRaVe), a system for the evaluation and rating of buildings, from which the spin-off takes its name, marking the beginning of this venture.
Today, Brave m&t is the interdisciplinary innovation partner for all those in the real estate sector who want to stay competitive and grow through technology.
